Lettuce is picked within 48 hours of delivery to you. They are typically available year round. Current available offerings romaine, bibb, heatwave, mesclun mix and more. Each order is a mix of what is available at the time your order is fulfilled and equates to two medium heads, or one large head of lettuce. Feeds four, and is pre chopped and prewashed - delivered in a bag that can be stored in the fridge for up to 10 days.
